We offer best-of-class polishing and buffing services for a variety of materials in sheet and plate forms. Steel service centers make use of our automated polishing services for providing their customers with finishing of final parts. Super-fine texture with satin-like finishes is the specialty of our polishing and buffing service.

  • Flat sheet materials of varied dimensions are polished and buffed by using state-of-the-art polishing and buffing machines of different configurations
  • We possess a 250 HP, buff machine, which is one of the largest buffing machines used in the industry. It can accommodate 160 inches wide and 460 inches long sheet materials
  • A variety of materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, steel, gold, silver, aluminum alloys, and other alloys can be polished and buffed to perfection
  • Our polishing and buffing services encompass hand buffing, mid polishing, and final polishing, using a variety of compounds and liquids
  • Our facility also comprises measuring equipment such as ultrasonic gauges, micrometers, and profilometers, which can measure and check dimensions in polished materials
